These individuals carry out our mission by conducting independent and objective audits, investigations, and other reviews of the NCUA programs and operations; identifying vulnerabilities in the NCUA systems and operations and recommending constructive solutions; offering expert assistance to improve the NCUA programs and operations; preventing and detecting fraud, waste, abuse, and mismanagement in the NCUA programs and operations; and keeping the NCUA and the Congress fully and currently informed of significant issues and developments.
