Thank you, Mr. Chairman. Thank you, Board Member Hood for your work on this item. It goes without saying that there are a lot of significant issues facing this board. As a result, focus is almost a luxury. But getting caught up in urgent items at the expense of important items is a trap we should always avoid.
The Chairman’s office works diligently, and I appreciate the support my office has received during our 10 months here. I understand that scheduling agenda items this far out isn’t always possible or effective. But Mr. Chairman, I look forward to working with you and your staff, to move other important issues forward in a timely way.
