1. This responds to your memorandum of October 14, 1983, in which you forwarded a request by the subject (redacted) FCU to adopt a by-law amendment assuring that credit unions from New Hampshire and Vermont be represented on the board of directors.
2. We Concur with you conclusion that the amendment would not place an unreasonable restriction on member voting rights. Therefore, we would not raise an objection.
