The NCUA periodically solicits public comment on proposed regulations and other matters and publishes these notices in the Federal Register. Here, you can review the NCUA’s proposed, pending, and recently final regulations.

Due dates for comments run from the date the proposed regulation was published in the Federal Register. Specific due dates for the comments are listed below, as well as noted in each of the proposals.

Comments on the NCUA’s proposed regulations or other proposals should submitted through Regulations.gov by selecting the associated comments link below or by following the instructions for other submission methods as provided in each document.

All comments on proposed regulations will be posted as submitted, except as may not be possible for technical reasons. Public comments will not be edited to remove any identifying or contact information.
