Panelists from Coopera and Inclusiv will share success stories and tips on developing a strategy to serve the growing Hispanic community. Natasha Hewlett, NCUA credit union diversity program manager, will provide a brief overview of the CU diversity self-assessment and introduce the panel session “Serving the Hispanic Market.” This panel features moderator Victor Corro, CEO, Coopera Consulting; Rene Vargas Martinez, director, Puerto Rico Network, Inclusiv; and Pablo DeFilippi, SVP membership development and networking engagement, Inclusiv.
