The National Credit Union Administration will hold a public hearing on September 23, 2025, at 1 p.m. Eastern on a request from Dade County Federal Credit Union to expand its existing community charter.

The hearing will be held virtually on WebEx, and registration is required to view the hearing. Interested parties should use this registration link.
Parties wishing to make presentations during the hearing must submit a presentation request, along with a copy of their presentation, by email to dcamail@ncua.gov by August 26, 2025.
Parties interested in submitting comments on the proposed charter expansion should do so by August 26, 2025, following the procedures outlined in the Federal Register.
Please note that the agency will not reimburse any travel expenses for interested parties making presentations or members of the public attending the hearing.
